Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Saute Red Onion (tastes best with this vegetable)
Add Mushrooms if you like - sometimes we have used cauliflower
Make sure to cut the bottom of the sprouts and clean the loose leaves off.  Throw a pound or so in the mix. 

We cook this on the outside grill or our own stove top.
Cook for about 20 minutes - check for doneness.  

We use either rice oil or olive oil to saute this - tastes the best!

Wonderful side dish - especially in the fall and winter!
