Dr. Bob's Cole Slaw Recipe

½ of medium red cabbage

3 whole carrots – cleaned

½ to 1 whole gala or any red apple – cut into tiny mouthwatering pieces

1 cup of chopped walnuts

Hains or other Safflower Mayo – you can even make your own!

Celtic Sea Salt

Grate the cabbage and carrots

Add the chopped apple and walnuts – you can also add raisins if you have a real sweet tooth!

Mix in the mayo to your desired consistency

Add celtic sea salt for taste

Refrigerate before serving for at least a ½ hour!
