We normally purchase our lamb burgers at Mustard Seed Market.
You can easily buy the ground lamb and form into burgers.
We use only Celtic Sea Salt and pepper to season.
We may vary the way we cook from time to time:
Sometimes we slice tomatoes and put them on right before taking them off – and if, by chance, we have organic cheese slices at home a good provolone slice on top of the tomatoes makes a nice dish.
We have also put on the side sautéed onions and mushrooms.
You can do this on the grill or on a grill over the heat on your stove.
