Grilled Polenta Recipe

Polenta comes in a round "tube like" container – like the tubed cookies that are sold to just place in the oven.

Cut into about ½" rounds and base with a bit of olive oil (or Coconut Oil) and place on heated grill.  Turn after you start to hear the sizzle.

We like to crown our polenta with grilled onions – or a mixture of grilled onions and maybe sliced, pitted kalamata olives – or even add slivered sundried tomatoes that were in olive oil.

Easy!  You can do so much with this – even make it for breakfast with scrambled eggs over it.  Enjoy!  Oh, yes, always top with Celtic Sea Salt!
