Stir Fry Recipe

Choose meat of choice – suggestions: Chicken, lamb, turkey, beef
Cut meat into chunks or strips.

Vegetables of choice: Onions, any color of peppers, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, any vegetable you like in your food.

Sauté the meat in either rice oil or coconut oil.  Add onions until translucent - then vegetables in the order of hardness. For ex: mushrooms take no time at all – but peppers take a few more minutes to soften.

Stir after every entry. Add any herb you like that will enhance your dish.

We often times will use garlic powder, poultry seasoning, basil or oregano.

This dish does not take too long.  Start out with meat at a higher temp and lower it a little while adding vegetables.  I do put on the lid in between vegetable additions.

Serve over rice noodles or brown rice.  I like to pour flax oil over the finished product for some extra taste – or even sesame seeds.
