I set our brew to go off fifteen minutes before we get up. Often the gentle aroma wakes me before the alarm goes off, and quite frankly more than one time the coffee saved us when we forgot to set the alarm clock. It may even happen to you!
We have even turned it up a notch! The coffee we are going to send to you needs to be pre-ordered so we can tell the roaster the exact amount we need and to ensure that it will be ROASTED FRESH. Yes! You read it right. We are not going to send you any burnt, stale coffee beans. We are going to send you beans roasted with the right temperature and the FRESHEST SEASONAL beans available. You will be able to grind it at home in your own grinder and know you are using the FRESHEST ROASTED BEANS available on the PLANET. We do not ever encourage you to have any bean ground in the "community grinder" at your local coffee shop.

Let me tell you a bit about the ordering process. We are going to place our order once a month to make sure we get the freshest roast for you. The beans are seasonal - there are times I even had to wait a few weeks to get my own private blend sent to me. I would encourage you to stock up. You don't want to be caught without it! I generally order six pounds at a time for my own personal use and make sure that I get my order in when I am down to two pounds. I like to bless my friends and family with a pound of my privent blend. When I travel, I always take my own beans. You will see why once you taste the brew.
You can smell the difference when you grind it. It is heavenly!
When the beans arrive at your home or office you will smell the aroma right through the packaging: LOVELY! You may want to even get a new coffee brewer. I personally use the gold cone. I have found that with this brewer I can use less coffee and still get the sensational taste. The coffee maker I have has a slow drip. I always use that feature regardless of the amount I am brewing. By the way, if you are going to use a carafe, fill it with boiling hot water first, let it set for a few minutes, pour out the hot water just before you put the coffee in it. This will keep the coffee hotter longer in your carafe. Just a tip!

The beans we have secured are custom roasted to order to maximize freshness and your cupping satisfaction. Further, whenever possible Dr. Bob's coffee is procured from small farms or estates with socially and economically progressive policies. The roaster we secured was the 1st roaster to receive
USDA National Organic Program Certification by the state we get the product from and the approval of the Econological Food and Farm Association.
